produced a series of promotional materials including a flyer, a technical catalogue and an application catalogue for our distributors and customers.
The application catalogue embodies application information of wheel hub units and bearings, and interchange tables of different bearing brands; it is easy to look for cross-reference
numbers.(PDF Download, 9.5M)
The technical catalogue consists of product dimensions, cross-reference numbers of different wheel hub bearings, and various wheel hub unit pictures.(PDF Download, 9.5M)
The flyer gives a brief introduction to the characteristics of KML wheel hub bearing units.(PDF Download, 550k)
At the same time, KML has developed a new box with standard packing quantity for the wheel hub units. The box is in foldaway design. It is very firm but environmental friendly. On the other

The Multemp ET-K
When it is operating in a high temperature environment, bearings need lubricating with high temperature grease. Our testing result shows that Multemp ET-K is a good choice for high
temperature application. More technical information is as follows:

The producer Kyodo Yushi, Japan claimed that under a high operating temperature condition, Multemp ET-K has more extended life than all other urea greases available in the market; it also has
excellent anti-radiation property.
Currently, KML alternator and starter bearings are lubricated with Multemp ET-K . For more information about our alternator and starter bearings, please click here.
The Silk Road
It is well known that silk was introduced from China as one of the best materials for clothing - it has looking and feeling of richness that no other materials can replace. Chinese people
developed new methods to make clothes by using silk since the discovery of silk. This kind of clothes became popular soon. At that time, the Chinese technology was developing fast. An emperor called Wu
Di from the Western Han Dynasty decided to develop trade with other countries. Building a road then became top priority in silk trading.
 |
The world-famous ancient Silk Road was built up at the cost of many lives and treasures. It started from Chang'an (now Xi'an), across Middle Asia, South Asia and West Asia. Many countries in
Asia and Europe were connected. The Chinese silk, along with many other Chinese inventions, reached Europe. The Romans, especially female, were crazy for Chinese silk. Before that, Romans used to
make clothes with animal skin, linen and wool fabric. They then all turned to silk. Wearing silk clothes was a symbol of wealth and social status.
Nowadays, silk to some extent is still a kind of luxury products. People are trying some new methods to make silk without silkworms. Hopefully, they can be successful. No matter what results,
nobody should forget that there is invaluable history behind silk.
The Gala Premiere of An Inconvenient Truth
Hong Kong, 30 Nov - KML was invited by Friends of the Earth (FoE) to attend the Gala Premiere of the film "An
Inconvenient Truth" on 12th September 2006. KML received an email from FoE on 5th September introducing the film, in which the former US Vice President Mr. AI Gore acts the role explaining global
warming causes and effects.
The ceremony started at 9:00pm at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It was the global first screening before that Mr. AI Gore gave a brief introduction to the film and his personal
feeling about environmental protection. KML and other attendees were excited and waiting for the screening.
An Inconvenient Truth is a controversial film with many reviews on the Internet. The film is very educational consisting board topics but in-depth analysis, those are very convincing. The film
also says that Mr. AI Gore strives hard to draw attention of environmental protection in different countries. KML admires Mr. AI Gore's contribution and is aware of that it needs bravery and insistence to
influence people and implement KML environmental protection plan and programs.
The film exposes the harm caused by global warming. The climate changes bring floods, drought, heat waves, disease and etc. It says that people need to eliminate pollution, save energy and
paper in order to control and improve the global warming situation. Otherwise, people would face a disaster in ten years.
"Although the film has been criticized as exaggerated by some reviews, KML is going to let staff watch the film because it is an interesting tool to internally promote environment protection," said
Mr. Sam Ko, Marketing Officer, KML, "It was my first time to attend such ceremony and I never thought it was so meaningful."
Moscow Impression (3)
Climate in Moscow
Speaking of Mr. Liang's mouth, I'll mention a little bit about the climate of Moscow. In the first few days after our arrival, the temperature was minus 3. Our translator said that such
temperature constituted a rare nice day for Moscow, but Mr. Liang and I suffered a lot. We felt very painful in our frozen noses and ears and when wind blew off our faces, we felt cutting pains. Worse still,
it was not only cold, but also dry in Moscow where the humidity was only 20% to 30%. So for people who were used to living in Guangzhou, living here was a disaster. We dare not open wide our mouth,
our nostrils were bestrewed with blood streaks, and lots of erythemas appeared on the skin of our legs resulted from dryness and coldness. At night, when we were sleeping, we had to place cups of water
at hand, because our throat would become swollen and sore, and we felt ill in breathing due to the dry weather. So we could do nothing but ceaselessly drink water to feel more comfortable.
Moscow People and Life
Moscow people were very warm-hearted, as we knew it from the girl we had met in Beijing. Although they looked very serious, they would also be glad to help others. I still remember the day
when Mr. Wu took us to take metro. After we got out of the metro exit, we lost our direction and it was a friendly middle-aged Moscow man who took us to the destination, while he left in another
direction. Moscow people seemed to live at a quick pace, as they generally walked very fast, many girls in particular. In the metro, many people were still climbing up even when taking the escalator. Could
it be said that they thought the escalator was too slow? In my view, they also ate very simply, content with just a bottle of drink and a sandwich. In such a way of eating, how do they still manage to
grow so tall?
We found that all Moscow people, both men and women, old and young, would drink and smoke. Walking in the street, we could see men holding wine bottles and women nipping cigarettes.
Moscow girls would all make up, in a relatively strong way, especially their eye shadow, some of which were good-looking, while some too insolent. Young men and women wore in quite an ordinary way,
with an overcoat, a pair of jeans and a pair of leather boots as the standard match. Of course, there were also special ones, mainly girls. With miniskirts, bare midriffs and high-heel shoes on, they were
able to walk very fast in the street. Right, I come to know why they had to walk fast, because they felt cold. :-)
Buildings in Moscow
Moscow buildings are all very large ones, which are very magnificent, though not that exquisite. This should be attributed to Comrade Stalin. It can be said that this architectural style was
formed under his guidance. Encircling this Moscow River, there are many pinnacle Gothic buildings as representatives of this style.
The Red Square and the Kremlin of Moscow are also worth mentioning. Our Tian'anmen Square is similar to the Red Square, and is larger in terms of the square size. The former is of the Chinese
style while the latter is of the European style. The Kremlin is where the office of President Putin lies, similar to Zhongnanhai of China, with the only difference in that there is no cathedral or weapons
museum in Zhongnanhai. Those cathedrals are all products of the 12th and 13th centuries, all boasting of a lofty and grandeur style. Due to lack of scrutiny, observation and study, I cannot further
evaluate their decorations and structure.
At dusk of March 18th, dragging out our luggage, Mr. Liang and I took a taxi for the Moscow airport. Before getting into the taxi, we looked again at the Ukraine Hotel affectionately. Goodbye,
great Russia!
These are some of what Moscow has impressed me. Compared with the motherland, I still love my motherland and our Panyu all the more.
